CANT UPLOAD THEME

  Hello there,
  I have been trying to upload theme but cant find “ADD NEW” button.

  Please what can i do ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. It’s not possible to add themes bought elsewhere on WordPress.com. The only themes you can use are the ones listed in the Theme Directory here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Find out if you can get a refund for the theme you bought, and select an available theme from the WordPress.com theme directory.

  What are you trying to upload? It is possible to upload media files up to 1GB in size.

  I want to upload the theme from https://wordpress.org/themes/upload/
  but Maximum allowed file size: 7MB.

  Error message: “413 Request Entity Too Large”

  Did you read my first reply? You can’t upload a theme. This is not a file size issue. This is a not possible issue.
