Can’t upload theme to install

    Tried many times to drag and drop the theme but it doesn’t upload

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If you want to upload a third party theme, you must upgrade to the Creator Plan.

    Hey there,

    You can upload a theme from the themes page under Appearance > Themes by clicking the Install new theme button. As mentioned by @staartmees, a compatible plan is required. You can also install one of our free marketplace themes on any plan! Learn more about uploading a theme here:
