  wont upload theme properly to site

  Its called Recover. Its a construction theme. It uploads the basic theme but with no extras. None of the sliders or anything that was in the preview before I bought it. Thank you for the fast reply!

  I see. This seems to be a theme designed for self hosted WordPress.org sites, and not for WordPress.com sites. With WordPress.com, the goal is to keep things simple, so buying and installing custom themes is not an option.
  You can still use this theme, but only for a self hosted WordPress.org site.

  I apologize for the confusion. I am trying to upload it to a self hosted site but it is nott working.

  If you still want to proceed with this theme, I would go to the WordPress.org forum, since they’re better suited to help you with this. This forum is specialized for all things WordPress.com. You can find it here.

  If you’re unsure of the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please check out this link.

  Another good place to start would be to contact the company you bought it from and ask them. My guess it wouldn’t be the first time this has happened, so they should be able to give you a straight answer for this.
