can't upload video

  Hi there,

  I can’t seem to upload video files into my media library.
  The file is mp4 and is only 89mb. It just seems to stop, and an error message comes up.

  How can I find out what the problem is, and how could I resolve it.

  You use the standalone WordPress software and your website is hosted by Syrahost.

  We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
