Can't upload wordpress export

  I’m moving from a wordpress.org site to a wordpress.com site and when I go to Tools –> Import and click on WordPress from the selection on the screen, it goes to a screen that says ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’ There is no option to upload a file or anything and it’s been like this for months.

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I’ve reset the importer for you. Please try the import again and let me know if you continue to have trouble.
