Can't upload XML Annoying Securesignupoffers msg instead of Admin Panel :(

I tried to upload an .xml to use a customer theme but it seems it’s not working, it’s processing for a week now, my wordpress is hosted with byethost, I edited the wp-config.php file, but i ‘m getting an annoying securesignupoffers message everytime i try to access my wordpress admin panel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I believe you are referring to a WordPress.ORG hosted site, whereas this is the WordPress.COM support forum. Could you please head over to http://WordPress.org/support for assistance, you may need to create an account there

I’m getting this message since 3 days so I clicked on contact support and I was invited to post here. Any idea? -
I apologise, you were just talking about a ‘custom’ theme (which you can’t do on wordpress.com) and hosting (which is wordpress.org), which made me think you were referring to your wordpress.org blog. I’ve tagged this for staff support, please be patient while they get around to assisting you.

Well, it’s pretty simple. You cannot do this. It will never work. You cannot upload theme files to a WordPress.com blog. It is not allowed, for security reasons.
If you are trying to import content, of course, that’s a whole other thing and staff will assist you with that.
