Can't upload/edit photos

  I have been sitting here for 10 minutes trying to upload a photo and it’s not working. I managed to upload it once but when I went to edit, I sat for another 10 minutes, trying to get the editor up. It’s been showing that for the past 3 days WordPress is having issues, when is this going to be fixed???

  That looks like a WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
   
  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different things: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
   
  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support at: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Try contacting your site’s host (eg: GoDaddy, BlueHost), they may be able to help you with this.
