Can’t use content blocks when creating a new article

  Hi when ever I go to create a new article I can’t access any of the new content block features. The button is there it’s just not darken Grey or have any interaction when I click on it. It’s like it’s stuck in html format. Can you please help me figure out a way to fix this so I can continue to post on my blog.
