    If my email address was previously associated with another account and I closed that account do I need to wait 30 days to use that email address on a different account?

    Waiting 30 days is one way of doing this – however, if an account is restored, it’s possible to change the account email address here: https://wordpress.com/me/account to free up an email address for use.

    I was facing a similar problem with my site paintballbeasts.com, none of my emails got delivered or sent. It usually happens if you are using a third party SSL service like Cloudflare.
