Cant use ftp or anything to uninstall plugins

  I cant get into plugins page or use an ftp or any online service to uninstall a plugin thats broken my site

  Hi there, what is the site URL you need help with.
  It would seem like you are using the Open Source version of WordPress and therefore you might need to post in the WordPress.org forum for help, you can follow this link. https://wordpress.org/support/

  You could also ask your hosting provider for assistance in either giving you access to the “root” or to restore a backup.
