Can’t use page break block

On the page linked below I am unable to use the page break design block. The option is not available in the search menu. In fact, this design element was previously on this page but now seems to have been removed entirely. I have tested at least one other page on my wordpress site and it seems to be working there. The page in question is linked below. I am not sure what to do about it.

Hi there,
That’s because most of your content on that page is nested inside a Group block. You’ll notice if you try to add a page break block between the blocks outside the group, that will work, but the break is not available to add between blocks that are part of the group.
So to use page breaks, you need to un-group those blocks first. Here’s a screen shot showing the steps you need to follow to do that:
