can’t use pais plan with my domaine

    Hi there,

    I purchased on the Jun 09 2023 a started plan for 72£ along with a domain name for 22.80£ but this domain doesn’t appear in ‘my domain’ list, I can’t use it then.

    Then I bought on the 21st of October 2023 another domain name ‘futursvisions.com’ but can’t use it as primary domain.

    Could you sort this out for me please?. I believe I paid twice unnecessarily for a domain name.

    I would like tu use either the domain name ‘futursvisions’ bought on 21/10/2023 with the starter plan bought on 09/06/2023, or, use the domain name ‘futurvisions’ bought on the 09/06/2023 with the starter plan bought the same day.

    You purchased the domain futursvision.com on July 9, 2022. Almost a year later on June 6, 2023, you filed a chargeback for that purchase, as well as the Starter plan purchas.

    Due to the chargeback, the domain was removed from your account. If you would like to try to get this domain back, please let me know and I’ll explain the next steps.

    Then I bought on the 21st of October 2023 another domain name ‘futursvisions.com’ but can’t use it as primary domain.

    You can set futursvisions.com as your primary domain with any paid plan. Feel free to upgrade to to the plan that best suits your needs under Upgrades > Plans. Once you upgrade, follow this guide to set the primary address.
