Cant use the service I pay for….

    I have been asking for help for a month now and this is unacceptable. I have purchased the WordPress business package from your company but it seems to have been taken away? I don’t have access to my site or concierge anymore and this is impacting my business. Can someone please explain why I have paid the business package and i cant access anything for a month?????? The last person I spoke to about this said that they will have to escalate this issue and have someone contact me but I have not received ANY response as yet. This is beyond unacceptable!! Please can someone urgently contact me on [contact info redacted] or email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I simply want to use the service I pay for otherwise I demand a full refund.

    The account you’re using to post here own only one free site on WordPress.com, http://creamagencycom.wordpress.com/, and have never purchased anything from us.

    The first support request you ever submitted for this account was a week ago, and we replied to you on 7 November. There you specified the site you need help with is cream-agency.com, and we replied to you that this account is not the owner of that site.

    That site belongs to the account with the username, nicoleatalbot

    Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and sign out of the creamagencyuk account you’re currently logged into.

    Then log back in using the username, nicoleatalbot. Once you do that you’ll have access to your site, and also to live chat support should you need any further help.
