wacif.org is a WordPress.org site hosted by HostGator (rather than WordPress.com)
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

You may also want to contact the theme authors (bringthepixel) in case there is an issue with the theme itself.
