Can't use Visa debit card for buying domain mapping

  Hi, I could not buy the domain mapping using my Visa debit card. The message I got was “The transaction cannot complete successfully. Please check the billing address and expiration date or try another card. Please contact your bank if you have further problems.” I am from India. Is there any block for Indians to use debit/credit cards? I am sure that the information I had given were all correct. I have used the same card for many online purchases. Please do help me.

  We do not have a block on Indian credit cards. There could be an issue with your card itself, so please double check that you have entered the information correctly and the card has not expired. You should also check with your bank as there could be a problem with your account.
