Can't use visual section of posts and pages

  I am currently working on a wordpress site that is on an external server. I updated to the latest version of WordPress yesterday and now I can’t use the visual section when updating posts and pages.

  I have tried clearing the cache and have checked on both users to make sure the visual section is enabled and it is. I am stuck now and am only here for another week so can’t leave this company’s website like this as they won’t be able to add posts of edit pages. Can anyone suggest anything that I can do?
