Can't verify email

    I’ve just signed up and got premium but can’t verify email as not received it although wp said it was sent

    Hi there,

    I do see that you were emailed the receipt for your Premium plan and the logs indicate it was successfully delivered. The email was sent from help@wordpress.com

    Could you try searching for that email address in all your email folders, including spam?

    Hi Helen,

    When purchasing the Premium plan, a receipt is the only expected email.

    If you added a domain registration to your site as part of Premium you can expect an email verification for ICANN regulations, but you have a domain mapping with us not a domain registration. Email verification for that domain would’ve been completed through your registrar’s system.

    It also looks like you recent updated your account’s email address, but that seems to have gone through successfully.

    Other than that, I don’t see any other actions in your records that would require an email verification. Are you seeing having problems with anything in your dashboard where it’s telling you to verify your email? Could you let me know where you see that so I can investigate further?
