Cant verify email address on Woocommerce account

I want to cancel a subscription for a Plugin – but it wont let me access that part of my account – it says “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.”
I’ve tried several times now and it never turned – not sure why I need to verify anyway – I did that already when I signed up which is how I purchased the plugin in the first place.I’ve checked my spam folder too but still nothing.
Basically I’m locked out of my account and there’s no way of contacting support either!
Should I cancel the subscription via my bank instead??

I don’t see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on this end. What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you hosting with another provider?
