can’t view any wordpress blog at all and can’t open account

  i can’t view any wordpress blog at all and can’t open my account. i can log in but when i try to enter dashboard etc., it’s “page load error”. the same thing happens when i try to visit my blog or any other wordpress blog.

  can’t be a network problem because i can open other sites. i’ve tried clearing browser cash and moving to other browsers. i’ve moved to other computers and used other isp’s. nothing works. the same “page load error” appears when i try to visit any wordpress blog or open my account to edit.

  can’t even open the support page nor any other page for that matter except for the forum and the home page. what is going on?

  http://iamshallow.wordpress.com apparently, people in other places can open it. but not me in this area.
