Can't view complete post just have 404 error!

Hi i have a small personal blog and front page shows post excerpts but when i click to read more i just have error 404 page not found. If i hover over button i see link but for all posts this link is the same. On another blog i have they are all different (same theme). So i think this is related but how do i fix it? Url is http://trevorchapman.co.uk/ I use firefox or IE7 but the same on both.
