You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Your last resort for obtaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

I can access your blog at http://ahmed7a.wordpress.com/ using Chrome 39 and IE 11.
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.

Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions

It sounds like their could be something wrong with your computer, or your internet connection.
Could you try logging into WordPress.com again, using a different computer somewhere you are sure you have a good internet connection?

Am having this same issue my free blog herrbrightside.wordpress.com won’t show my blog posts , I just published a post via WordPress for Android.
but my posts show on the Android app .

Your problem is a little different. You have published posts, but you’ve set your About page to be your front page, and didn’t create a page for your blog posts to show up, so they aren’t rendering on your front page.
To make them appear, first open your customizer. I’ve included a link to the page below.
From here, click the “Front” option in the menu on the right side, and choose the “Your Latest Posts” option under “front page displays”
Click “Save” and you’ll be all set.
