Can't view my site or login to dashboard

  Hello, new wordpress user, actually researching for a business partner who set up the site. When trying to view our page or login to our dashboard/control panel, I’m presented with this error message:

  PayPal for WooCommerce requires WooCommerce version 2.1 or higher. Please backup your site files and database, update WooCommerce, and try again.

  Any help with how I can update plugins if I can’t login

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
