Can't View Stats, Domains Won't Load

    For at least a week now, when I go into the WordPress dashboard for my websites, I can’t see anything. The sites work fine and load perfectly. However, when I go into the dashboard, I get a flashing square that says “Loading My Sites.” It never loads. When I click on Domains, I get a message that says, “Failed to retrieve all domains.” Since I can’t access my sites, I can’t edit anything. One of them is my professional website and need to update it, but I cannot.

    I would suggest you go through the browser troubleshooting tips here.

    You can also try using another web browser. Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc, to see if the issue is present in all of them.

    Also, make sure whatever browser you are using is up to date

    None of those things helped. I use FIrefox and have the most up to date version. any other suggestions.

    I’ve checked your account using Firefox, and everything in the dashboard loads normally for me, so the problem is definitely on your end – either your browser or your internet connection is preventing some of the code the site needs to work from loading.

    Are you using any browser add-ons? Please see if disabling those make any difference.

    Do things load if you log in using a Private window in Firefox, or if you log in using a completely different browser?

    To rule out a possible connection issue, unplug your modem/router for a few seconds then restart it. Or if possible, check if you run into the same issues using a different internet connection.

    Hi Tracy/word press team,
    I am experiencing the exact same issue for the first time. I was trying to create a back up of my site but it wont load and I received the same “failed to retrieve all domains” error message. My actual site and app are both working fine but not the dashboard. Any assistance would be much appreciated as it seems members are experiencing the same issue here. Note: I didn’t renew my personal plan this year (due end February) but I was told that it would not effect my site so I am not sure if this has some impact or is causing a technical issue?

    I’ve tested your dashboard and everything loads correctly on my end. So please follow the instructions that both @ericfri and @kokkieh mentioned.

    Thanks for your response @fstat. I tried it in Microsoft Edge browser and it worked. I then cleared my cache in google chrome browser and it is also working there now as well. So problem solved :)
