When I send people my link it will not allow them to access my website but it is on public

This is a correct URL and your site loads perfectly fine on my end. You will want to get some more information from those who are having issues opening your site – have they clicked the link or copy-pasted it? What error message do they see?

Bear in mind that our site has a lot of random numbers in the address – if someone tries to access it without clicking the link, they may have a hard time remembering it. You can change your site’s address as explained here:

Its just that the links in the website are asking for my log in credentials. You can open the home page but then when you try and open the information that they need to access it asks for my own log in details

Oh, I see what you mean. You have added incorrect URLs to the links. You’re linking the internal URL which you can only open when you’re logged into your account.
