Hi, dumb question: I am running Opera, and when I try to view your help videos I get a screen that says ‘click to download and install plug-in’ however nothing happens when I do this…Is there a plug-in I need in order to view your help videos that is available from part of wordpress.com or .org? thank you!

Hi!
That’s not a dumb question at all, and I’ll be happy to help with this. :-)
First, can you try upgrading Opera to the latest version (12)?
You might also need to download Adobe Flash Player and manually install it by choosing “Windows 7/Vista/XP/2008/2003” and “Flash Player 11 for Other Browsers”.
If that doesn’t help, can you try an alternate browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
Let me know how that works for you. :-)

Thank you thank you thank you BryanV! I did have the correct version of Opera, but it had been so long since I’d used anything other than the hideous IE I’d completely forgotten about things like FlashPlayer needing different versions for different browser platforms and so on…Got the correct version installed, Everything appears to be copasetic. :)
You rock, dude!
