Can’t visit my site

    Hello! Can anyone explain why I can’t visit my site for quite a long time already. Every time I try to see my page I’m getting ‘This site can’t be reached’ but my stats show that my site has visitors every day. What is the problem here and how I can fix it?

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    I’m able to view your site without any issues, so the problem is most likely with either your browser or your internet connection.

    Clear your browser cache and disable any browser add-ons you have installed.

    If that doesn’t help, can you check if using another browser makes any difference?

    If it doesn’t work in another browser either, it points to a connection issue instead. In that case, unplug your modem/router for a few seconds before restarting it.

    If possible, also check if you can reach your site using a different internet connection from a different ISP.
