can’t visit site nor log in to manage blog

  i can’t visit my blog nor any other wordpress blog. can’t even open the wordpress news or support site. i can’t log in to edit my blog either. i haven’t been able to do this since monday, i think when the downtime was reported. could this still be an effect of that incident?

  this can’t be a network problem because i can open other sites and log into my email accounts.

  i asked friends from other places to open the blog, and there seemed to be no problem. i think it’s our area, i’ve tried to open the blog on different computers and different isp’s, but it was no use. i’m in fiji. i’m getting a little worried.
