Can't write new posts or edit drafts

For the past couple weeks, almost every time I try to write a new post or access a draft, I get stuck at the screen with the bouncing circles that says “Beep beep boop.” I am unable to post and I feel like I’ve tried everything! I have tried with Chrome and Safari. I have checked all updates on my computer and tried again. This is driving me nuts! Thanks for any suggestions.

I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for staff assistance in case none of the tips on that page work. If they don’t if you could please let us know what version of Chrome and Safari you’re using to aid with getting to the bottom of the issue.

Thank you for responding. I tried clearing the cache and cookies and am still having the same problem. Actually, now my WordPress reader won’t even load.

In order to help you Staff need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state. -

I saw you were able to make a post today. Could you keep us apprised of your situation with posting and if you have any further issues?
