Can´t change the blog writers´name

  I have main user profile, but I can´t change the blog writers name ( I don´t have drop down menu for that). We have several writers and I´m usually publishing the new posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you the Admin of the blog, or just an editor?
