  Before I commit i need to know if the website will be capable of slide presentations of my work, inserting my own videos, if I insert a painting can a client click on it to turn it 90, 180, 270, and finally 360 degrees for works in that category?

  Yes, you can do this on any WordPress.com site. You’re welcome to embed PowerPoints: https://en.support.wordpress.com/powerpoint-web-app/
