Capcha option for forms?

I just got 4700 (!!!!!!!!) spam messages on a feedback form on my site. Can I put a Capcha on my forms? I haven’t been able to find that option, but this is just ridiculous.

PS. Is there a way to empty my spam in one go? Otherwise I’m going to have to delete one page at a time… for over 230 pages.

I don’t really care of it’s CAPCHA or something else, I just want to stop the thousands of spam messages. Thanks for the contact, I’ll be in touch with them.
What do you suggest as an alternative?
Ultimately, it doesn’t matter if someone who is visually challenged can fill out the form as it is a form for services (real-life, in-person… not internet based) – the phone number is readily available as an alternative for anyone who cannot figure out the form for any reason, or for those who want to talk in person before sending in a form. -
