Capital letters in Hive Theme

    Hello, we would like to use the Hive theme, but it is important for our branding that the title is in lower case letters. Hive automatically changes them to upper case, can we override this? Evan on Live chat told me that this is the place to ask.

    We can do it in two ways:

    [1] Add the title however you want in the dashboard and use this CSS:

    So Title, title, TITLE, tiTLe : all these change to lowercase: title

    .site-title a {
text-transform: lowercase;
}

    [2] This style will cause the title to appear exactly how you entered it in the dashboard.

    So Title shows up as Title, title shows up as as title , TITLE shows up as TITLE, and tiTLe shows up as tiTLe.

    .site-title a {
text-transform: none;
}

    I suggest you use the [2] so this way you don’t have to change the CSS in future if you have to change the case of the title.
