Capitalize Header Font in Primary Menu, Oxygen Theme

  I am using the Oxygen theme and would like the text in the Primary Menu across the top of the page to be capitalized. It is currently all in lower case letters, despite the font I choose or how it is written in the Appearance–> Menus section. Is there a way that I can change the letter to be upper case?
