Captcha confirmation to prevent spamming

  I really want to use captcha for all my comments on my blog. Along with the abilities to confirm the comments before it being posted.

  How I can make this happen?

  You can switch the mandatory moderation on comments from the Options → Discussion settings page on your dashboard.
