Caption CSS Help

  On the footer of my blog, there’s a white text that says “Blog de WordPress.com. Tema Forever Perzonalizado”
  Is there a snippet to change that text to a text of my choice? Or at least to erase “Tema Forever Perzonalizado” and add another text? Thanks

  Removing the credits or modifying their text is against the TOS (#11):
