Hi!
Thanks for offering!
It’s on this single post on the site; http://curiouscreatures.wordpress.com/2010/11/02/sarcastic-fringehead/
Cheers!

Okay so both blogs have the Quentin theme and the captions are missing from the images found in the most recent posts on both blogs.
I loaded the Quentin theme on my test blog and uploaded an image and inserted a caption. The caption is displaying – no problem. I suggest you contact Staff http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Still no answer back from wordpress overnight, meanwhile the blog looks like crap… if anyone does know anything about this I’d be grateful!
-
What browser and browser version are you using?
I’ve tried this in Firefox, Safari and Opera on Quentin and had no issues with Captions.
-
I’ve tried it in all three now, good thinking!
Still doesn’t work though!
Here is the code that is generated when I put in the captioned photo;
[caption id="attachment_141" align="aligncenter" width="470" caption=""gah""]<img src=”http://curiouscreatures.files.wordpress.com/2010/11/sarcastic_fringehead-22.jpg” alt=”” title=”SarcasticFringehead” width=”470″ height=”352″ class=”size-full wp-image-141″ />[/caption]
I’ve stripped out all other code to see if that was having an effect….
Nothing
?

Sorted!
It was the use of ” / speech marks / whatever you want to call them
Thanks for your help lovelies! -
That’s both good news and bad news. It may mean the editor is up to it’s old trick again of changing quotation marks to “curly quotes” again. I sure hope that isn’t the case.
