Captions and blockquotes appear differently in preview as compared to the visual editor draft

  Hi, the captions in the draft of my blog post are very aesthetically appealing: smaller font, surrounded by a light gray box. When I view my post in preview mode, they go away and the captions (and the blockquote) just appear as the same text as the rest of the post (and no grey box). I’d like my published post to have the same caption style as the draft version. Is there a way to do that with HTML?

  The formatting will depend on your theme so you may want to consider changing it to one that looks more appealing to you.

  If you’d like to just change a few details, you can try to add an HTML block and style it there directly:
