Captions and customization won't work in Argent

Technically the captions show up in the portfolio section, but they show up on top of the image (which looks bad and I want another option). Also, for galleries in the portfolio section there are customization options like slideshow, circles, tiled mosaic, etc. but when I choose these options the gallery remains looking the same. Potentially different viewing options would also help the caption problem. I think this must be a bug or problem with the theme.

You could move the portfolio titles off the thumbnail images using Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans.
Also, for galleries in the portfolio section there are customization options like slideshow, circles, tiled mosaic, etc. but when I choose these options the gallery remains looking the same.
Argent is designed to display the first image gallery in a portfolio project as a carousel.
If you insert another gallery below the first, it will be displayed as a standard gallery.
