Captions are not centered to Image!
-
This is such a frustrating problem, I’ve spent ages trying to center my captions to my images. Things I have tried:
1) Editing the image caption while I add media to my post
2) Editing the caption after it is attached to my post
3) Looking thru the HTML code and it has it coded as centered alignProblem is while I’m in the post editor, it appears centered, however, after it has been published it appears on the left hand side of the image.
Anyone have a solution for this?

What exact code are you using to center the images? Some themes like Suits are aligning them left as the default, and you need something strong like a
div align="center"to force it. -
When I click on the text editor, this is the bit of code I get:
[caption id="attachment_800" align="aligncenter" width="576"]<img class=”wp-image-800 size-large” src=”http://rendezvouswithv.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/20140528_191918.jpg?w=576″ alt=”” width=”576″ height=”1024″ /> WOW[/caption]
Where should I add the div align=”center”?
I apologize for my lack of HTML understanding, I’ve never had to deal with codes before now.

Btw, even when the caption is on the left hand side, it doesn’t look like a caption. It just looks like normal text from the rest of the post. Is there something I can do with this?
