Capture Thumbnail button not visible
-
The new format to add media which by the way, I really like, does not allow enough space after a slide show or video is ready to post to change the “Capture Thumbnail” button. I have tried it on both a laptop and desktop with a 21″ screen but all it does is move everything over. Can you expand the right hand column that displays the slide show/video so that accessibility to the “Capture Thumbnail” button is available,
ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Could you take a screenshot of what you see on your screen? It will help me to properly show the internal team what the exact issue is.
Here’s a bit more information about how to take a screenshot:

Hi there,
I see what you mean. I’ll see if there’s a solution for that, that you can use right away.
Thank you for showing it to me, and I’ll keep you in the loop!
Cheers!

Hi again,
A quick work-around for now: you can change this thumbnail in your media gallery. Once you have the video uploaded, you can go to the media gallery and click on the video you’d like to edit, then at the bottom of that screen you have the option there to select the thumbnail.
In the meantime, I’m going to bring this issue to the team’s attention; it’s not just your screen, I can reproduce this as well.
Cheers!

Thanks for checking into this.
I could not see the work around that you were talking about but enough of the slide button was showing for me to select the page I wanted.

Hi again,
The team has been alerted and it is on the to-do list!
To do the work around, you exit from the media uploader, go to your Dashboard > Media > All Media and then choose the video you’d like to edit. There you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and change that thumbnail capture.
Cheers!
