capturing feed url for external site

  I’m trying to have specific posts entered into areas of an external site. For example, I want a posting on my contact information to feed into the contact section of my external site.

  This is the feed: http://bayoojikutu.wordpress.com/2008/03/05/feed/

  When I build the xsl file on Dreamweaver, entering this url gets me nothing that looks like an rss.xml file (obviously).

  Does anyone know how I can get the actual xml url for this feed so that I can grab this specific entry and have it appear on my website?

  Note: I can get this to work with an rss url like: http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_world_edition/front_page/rss.xml
