Card charged but didn’t want to renew

    My card was charged $114 but I didn’t do automatic renewal and have a free site. How can I get reimbursed?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a card on file for you that we could have charged. So if you’ve been charged, it’s for an upgrade under another account. We’d need to know what account that is in order to help with this.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
