  I cant make payment through my debit card. Its showing card declines. I dont know why I have tried 2 different cards. please help .

  You’ll want to contact your card issuer to solve this issue.

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
