    HI, My credit card keeps getting declined and my bank says its not their fault. How can I complete the transaction on the WP website?

    Thanks for getting in touch. When we try to bill the card on file, we get a “transaction declined” message.

    It’s common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.

    There is nothing we can do on our end to affect this, so your bank will need to be the one to fix this problem.
