Card on File is not what is being charged in Woocommerce Shipping

The card that is being charged is the previous card that was on file prior to adding the new card. I go into payments and my card is the only card reflected on the cards on file and not the card ending in 9839. I want the card ending in 4180 to be my preferred method for labels but woocommerce shipping does not reflect it but when i hit update it brings me here tp update my card.

  • Hi there,

It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.

We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Pro Plan) so we’re not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce staff here:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket

WooCommerce uses a separate payments system from the one we offer on WordPress.com, so the info you see on your account with us may not be the same as what you have saved on your WooCommerce account. But if you create a ticket at the above link, they will be happy to help get you sorted, thanks!
