Card payment not accepted

  Hello

  I’m trying to upgrade my plan (from free to premium) and my credit card gets denied.

  I have been in contact with the card’s issuing authority (PostePay Evolution) and they verified that my card is still valid and there sufficient funds available.

  Any idea why this is happening? Is Postepay cards accepted?

  Hi there,

  With a few exceptions depending on the country you’re from, we only accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. If PostePay Evolution isn’t considered a major credit card (never heard of it myself), then that may be the reason. For information on the forms of payment we do accept, please visit:
