Card payment won't work

    Hi there,

    My card expired and I need to renew. When I enter my details in, it tells me another user originally subscribed and has to renew. I think I originally subscribed, however. Any idea what’s happening? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Your account doesn’t own any upgrades, so you won’t see the option to renew.

    The upgrades on the site, londoncybersymposium.com, are owned by the username, cfcunderwriting, who is also the owner of the site. It looks like you have two very similar usernames on this site.

    Log out of the cfcunderwritingltd account, and log back in as cfcunderwriting, and you’ll be able to add new payment info and renew the upgrades from the Purchases page.
