  Any online stores on WordPress.com must follow the “WooCommerce Guidelines for CBD and Other Hemp-Derived Products” here:

  It doesn’t appear that Kratom is mentioned in that document, so you would need to reach out to WooCommerce support for clarification on whether or not it’s allowed.
