Card transaction declined

  Hello, We tried to purchase a Business plan for a year from India. We tried a credit card (from HDFC Bank) and the OTP verification screen was shown. However, we had to cancel on that screen at that time. When we tried this again with the same card, we don’t get the OTP verification screen anymore. We see an error message’ Transaction was declined. Please use another card.’. Can you let us know the problem?

  I can’t see any hindrances with being able to make a purchase on the account.

  If you’re seeing a card declined message, I’d advise you reach out to the bank to make sure the payment method is functioning as it should be.
