  I can’t see my site in my account and it’s as though it never existed:

  Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, but your above site at carljrobertson.com appears to be using the standalone WP (org) software and the domain is registered with enom/namecheap.
